Kitchen Remodel
Project Overview
At Londerry Lane, the challenge was clear: a kitchen with generous square footage but poor spatial organization. Cabinets were hard to reach, counters crowded around the sink, and traffic flow interrupted the cooking zone. STG Design Build reconfigured the entire layout using a triangular workflow principle, positioning the refrigerator, sink, and range at optimal distances. New floor-to-ceiling pantry towers, corner carousel units, and drawer-style base cabinets tripled accessible storage without expanding the footprint.
Scope of Work
Project Highlights
This project proves that effective kitchen design is about intelligence, not just investment. By rethinking how the existing space functioned, STG delivered dramatic improvements in usability and storage capacity within the original kitchen footprint, keeping construction costs controlled.
The Result
The Londerry Lane kitchen now operates with defined prep, cooking, and cleanup zones that reduce daily friction. The homeowners report that meal preparation time has noticeably decreased, and the pantry system eliminated the need for a separate storage unit they previously rented.
