The Pine St. project sits in STG's home city of Los Alamitos, making it a particularly meaningful engagement. This mid-century residence needed more than cosmetic updates: structural settling had caused foundation cracks, the original electrical system was undersized, and the floor plan no longer suited the family's needs. STG Design Build addressed every issue with a coordinated renovation plan: structural repairs stabilized the foundation, a new electrical service brought the home to modern capacity, and architectural modifications opened up the living spaces while adding a functional home office.
