Kitchen Remodel
Project Overview
The Topaz project in Irvine centered on elevating a builder-grade kitchen into a space with designer-level presence. The homeowners wanted a European aesthetic: clean lines, handleless cabinetry, and a restrained color palette with bold textural contrast. STG Design Build specified flat-panel slab doors in a matte warm gray, paired with veined engineered stone countertops and a full-height porcelain slab backsplash. Architectural pendant fixtures over the island and integrated LED channel lighting create layered illumination that shifts from task-focused daytime to ambient evening settings.
Scope of Work
Project Highlights
The Topaz project demonstrates STG's capability to execute refined design intent with construction precision. Every material joint, lighting angle, and hardware selection was coordinated during the design phase, eliminating the field improvisation that diminishes quality in high-end kitchen projects.
The Result
What was once an indistinguishable production kitchen now reads as a custom-designed space with intentional material relationships and lighting design. The homeowners describe it as the single upgrade that transformed how their home feels.
